Privacy Policy

Short, because there is not much to say: PayDay does not collect your data.

The whole policy in one line: PayDay keeps everything on your phone and sends nothing about you anywhere.

What PayDay stores

Your choices inside the app — which topics you switched on, which terms you saved or marked as learned, which companies you watch, any share counts or prices you type in, and your reminder settings — are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

What PayDay sends over the internet

The app fetches public company filings from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR service (data.sec.gov) to keep the company numbers current. Those requests contain no information about you beyond what any web request carries (your IP address, which the SEC may log under its own policy). Nothing you type into the app is ever included.

What PayDay does not do

Notifications

If you turn on the daily lesson reminder or watch a company, the app schedules notifications locally on your phone. They do not go through a server. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.

Children

PayDay is for adults learning about investing. It is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
